PL: I have been teaching for 4 years.
What does Yoga mean to you?
PL: Yoga has literally changed my life. I went from a stressed-out banker to a yoga teacher, and am now a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine. When I think about the word "Yoga", it means Freedom, Happiness, Love, Contentment, Health, Relaxation, Peace & most importantly, it completes my life. "Just Breathe"

PL: I dedicate my life to the creation of Health in self, community and ultimately in the world through Yoga, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
What advice would you give to your students?
PL: The best advice I could give to my students would be to remember that things are impermanent, and that everything in life happens for a reason. Listen to your body, and don't sweat the small stuff.
