Westcoast Hot Yoga participates with Endeavour Society and Harmony House to help children with autism.

Endeavour 2007 - "A Venetian Affair"

Founded in January 1964 as SIWASH... Endeavour is Canada's largest, oldest and most successful single event charity organization.

Endeavour is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for other non-profit organizations in the fields of arts, sciences and health. The organization’s name was changed in 1974 to ENDEAVOUR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ARTS, SCIENCES & HEALTH. The backbone of Endeavour’s success within the community and beyond, is the beneficiaries we serve.

Each year, numerous not for profit beneficiaries participate in the acquisition of auction items the sale of which raises funds that benefit not only their specific organization, but also the community as a whole.

Working closely with our non-profit partners, many of whom apply the funds raised and distributed by Endeavour to support ongoing programs, research, special projects and awareness.

Endeavour is an organization and an event that makes a difference.

Endeavour's goal is to make a difference in how it serves and supports its community within the lower mainland of B.C. which exemplifies Westcoast Hot Yoga's goals.

Harmony House is the first of its kind preschool in British Columbia. As a preschool with a developmental curriculum, Harmony House encourages inclusion by supporting children with autism with their peers. 4 students will have had a diagnosis of autism and another 10 will be typical peers. The four children with autism will have individual aides trained in the methods of Applied Behaviour Analysis. These aides will be provided and supervised by a Harmony House Behaviour Consultant.
