One of Buddha’s main teachings is that Everything in life is Impermanent. What does Impermanence mean? It can mean different things to all of us but I think the best way to understand “Impermanence” is to say that everything in life will change.

I Love this time of the year, 6 more sleeps till Christmas and Friday is the first day of Winter. Buildings and trees are lit up, people are generally quite happy and most of us are consuming waaay too much chocolates/sugar;-) Not to mention I have a month off school, thus I have a lot of time on my hand to relax and chill.

The weather is getting colder, we are entering Fall this Saturday (September 22nd) and this is the season when we get busy with work, school and looking after everyone but ourselves. We often get caught up in the demands of daily life and forget to look after ourselves. When was the last time you treat yourself to a yoga class, a walk in the rain, a day at the spa or simply reading a book? The next time you feel the demands of life, sit down, breathe, sneak away for a class or just eat some chocolates ;-)

Ex-banker now Student/Yogini/Yoga Teacher So…That’s my life in 7 words (now is ex-banker one word or 2?) I am sitting here with my partner wondering what I should write today and we decided that I should tell you about some my favorite postures. (one per week) Now, the deal is I just got off the phone with my mother who lives in Singapore and although I love my mother(& dad) to bits, after every phone call with her, I need to take my favorite posture, Savasana.
