Westcoast Hot Yoga Classes and Schedules are maintained online and real time, you will be able to see the daily teacher class schedules for both Yaletown and White Rock studios by clicking to each location below.
SCHEDULE CHANGE: As of August 1, 2008, hot yoga classes have been changed to flow classes:
Yaletown: Mondays 6pm - Flow Class
White Rock: Mondays 8pm - Flow Class
White Rock Studio: Cancelled Classes August 30, 31, Sept.1
Due to renovations, on Saturday August 30, Sunday August 31 and Monday September 1st
classes will be cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel free to visit our Yaletown studio during this time.
